| v2 | 2026-09-21 | We have corrected what our Privacy Policy and DPA say about backups. Deleting your account still removes your data from our live systems within 30 days — that has not changed. What was missing is that our encrypted off-site backups keep a copy for up to 24 months before the snapshot holding it expires. Those backups are never searched or used for anything but recovering the platform after a failure. We have also added Hetzner, who store those backups in Finland, to our published sub-processor list. Separately, our Cookie Policy no longer warns that some templates load photographs from a third-party image library — that is no longer true of any template. | Read |
